Eventum is something of a hybrid between a problem tracking system and an internal ticketing system that individuals and companies can use to help keep problems properly organized. It is commonly used by help desks and other support departments to document all types of issues so they can either be solved directly, or routed to the proper person within the organization. It is also used by software developers to organize tasks as well as bugs that need to be addressed.
The platform is somewhat simple. They operate this system off of github and Launchpad, which is nice for the developers, but can make the whole experience of using it a little confusing at first. If someone needs to get support or anything, it is not very easy to do.
