companies that want to have the convenience and features of a good ticketing system, without the
costs. It is made primarily with PHP and jQuery, and also takes advantage of the smarty Template
Engine. All of this means that it is going to be a stable system that will run well on any InterServer
hosting package.
In addition to the ticketing system, this program has a built-in knowledgebase that allows you to create
standard responses, answer questions, and help provide help desk representatives with the right
information they need to be successful in their jobs. While not nearly as feature-rich as some other help
