Getting your site setup is extremely easy. To install it you just use the one-click installation feature that is included with all InterServer hosting packages. Once installed, you just go through and make any changes that you’re interested in and make sure it is all configured just the way you want it. It won’t take too long and in most cases you can have everything up and running smoothly in just a couple hours.
Plugins
This system does not have a plugins option so you are going to have to use just the built in features. There are a lot of really nice features, but having no option to add in new or custom options is going to be quite restrictive to many users.
Themes
You can find quite a good number of themes on the web, including some right from the main jForums website. The themes are easy to use and allow you to change just about everything concerning the way this system looks and functions.
Customization
You can do a lot of customization with these forums. You can add in multiple languages and have the platform detect which to display, you can use a wide range of databases for storing the data, and you can adjust things like user permissions, categories and more. Most people will be very happy with the level of customization they are able to do with this system.
SEO Friendly
This is not the most SEO friendly option on the net, and since there is no plugin system it is going to be hard to make improvements. For the most part, however, forums don’t need to be as SEO friendly as other types of sites.
