InterServer and Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

The staff at InterServer has been closely monitoring the changes with COVID-19 as well as following state and federal recommendations and guidelines. The situation has been changing almost daily, and with that InterServer and staff has also been implementing changes at our datacenter and offices. Some changes being implemented include:

* Remote staff work, when possible. Please be aware that many of InterServer’s staff have worked locally at our Secaucus Datacenter and are now transitioning to telecommuting. This includes staff who handle phones as well as reboots and hardware builds.

* Increased cleaning through out offices and datacenter, as well as education employees and visitors on proactive steps to take to protect themselves.

* Limiting outside visitors to mission critical only.

These changes continue to evolve as the situation changes. During this time, and change over to more telecommuting there may be delays in some support requests, new server builds, non critical server updates, or any work that can not be done remotely, and longer hold time for phone calls. Whenever possible, please use the Live Chat on the InterServer site and support tickets whenever possible.

Thank you for trusting InterServer during this time.
