Off topic discussion thread on forum?

I used to know sites that had this feature, but it lures a lot of trolls to off topic discussion so I'm not so sure. What do you guys think?

I don't think that it should be added. We should stay with the basic topic of forums if somebody wants to write about something else there's many other different forums with off-topic discussions threads.
