Create New Support Ticket in WHMCS

In this documentation, we can check how to create new support ticket in WHMCS.
1) Login to WHMCS admin panel.
2) Go to ‘Support’.
3) Click the option ‘Open New Ticket’.
4) Specify to whom this ticket should be sent and their email address.
5) Select the department, priority and enter the ticket subject.
6) Type the ticket content and click the button ‘Open Ticket’.
7) You can find the newly created ticket in the section Support >> Support Tickets >> Open.
That is how we can create new support ticket in WHMCS.
