All our shared hosting accounts are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason contact billing@interserver.net with your domain name and last 4 digits of your credit card number with in 30 days of your order and request a refund.
I need a less technical solution than this service is. Ordered on 5/17/2016 Please refund my subscription.

Refunds on domain name are not possible.
I chose a wrong web hosting package (Standard Web Hosting instead of WINDOWS ASP.NET WEB HOSTING)
how can I fix this? all my web apps are built in asp.net

, I don’t have hope now, you guys try to make extra money, promised free migration. before I paid I ask all details, the agent also promised free migration and webuzo pro web panel for 4 slices VPS, that’s why I paid, but now asking 30 USD for every domain migration. like a scam

i am purchased a Details Package Virtuozzo VPS Slice (CentOS 4 Slices)
but first i am deal with sales team on live chat after purchase sales team told me provided cpanel & whm with Slice 4 than purchased but when payment done after told me need to buy cpanel license than i am open ticket about refund but they are not refund me, now what can i do ? i am alreday west to much money in this company
