FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It allows a person or a piece of code to upload, download, or edit files on the server. It is important for us to set FTP information in Joomla. With the help of the FTP information, Joomla can edit or update files without requiring any manual work.

Then, Enter the FTP information in rest of the fields. You can easily generate a new FTP account from cPanel.
