How can I transfer my domain name to your servers?

By on October 23rd, 2015

To move your domain name to our servers you need to change your DNS servers associated with your IP address. In your welcome email you will be given the DNS servers and IPs to change to. This must be changed with your domain name registrar.

If you are unsure of your dns registrar contact our support department.

Hi I am looking at transferring some domains across to Interserver from GoDaddy and I have a few questions:

    1. Does transferring a domain renew the domain expiration?
    2. Does the transfer cost $1.99 with a standard web hosting package $4.00?
    3. I may look at upgrading to pro hosting when our GoDaddy account expires in October 2020, can you upgrade from standard web hosting to pro hosting easily (ease of migration)
    4. We also have .net and domains to transfer, do you cover these?
    5. Can I transfer the domains after the 120 day period?
