How do I clear my local dns cache?
By InterServer Staff on October 23rd, 2015
On Microsoft Windows the local dns cache can be cleared by going to the start menu, then run, then type cmd.
When in the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns
This will clear dns cache locally on your computer. If your ISP has a cache problem this will not correct it, however it will generally be resolved in less than 24 hours.
my site is not working
Hello,
Greetings from InterServer support.
We would first check if the domain name is using the webhosting package nameservers of InterServer and then the A record. if both are updated correctly – We would need to further troubleshoot it. Please share us the URL which is inaccessible to support@interserver.net and our team will definitely help you with it.
Have a nice day.
