How do I renew my account?

Our web hosting accounts are on a recurring billing cycle. This means your account will automatically renew on the next billing date based on the billing cycle chosen.
All accounts have 30 days to pay off any outstanding invoice. If you are paying by check an email will sent reminding you of your billing date. The address will be included in that email address.
To change your billing cycle (monthly/annually) please contact [email protected] with your domain name, cycle to change to and last 4 digits of your credit card number on file for account confirmation.

hi, I reactivated your account. To do it yourself you look up the website in my.interserver.net and then click reactivate. It will take you to a payment screen and automatically reactivate the site once payment is made. Also for faster service contact us over live chat, ticket system or phone.
How do I turn-off automatically renew and turn on it by myself?
billing > manage payment types. There is a button to turn off automatic billing to credit card. You can also remove your credit card completley.

What will happen if one didn’t renew the his interserver hosting after the expiration date how days before account been suspended?
I never signed up for VSP back in Oct 2020. What do I do too resolve?
I can see pending invoice for your account. Once the payment is done asap, the server will be activated. The invoice can be paid via https://my.interserver.net/view_balance
My plan has expired on 2022, I’m looking forward to renew please. The support is not helping at all! 🙁
