Step 1: Firstly, go to your WordPress website Admin Area Dashboard using your Username and Password.
Step 2: Then, hover your mouse over the Plugins section on the left-side options. Then click on the Add New button, as you can see in the image below.
Step 3: After that, click on the search field and search for wpDataTables. After finding the right plugin, click on the Install Now button available inside the plugin box.
Step 4: After successful installation, click on the Activate button to activate the plugins you can see in the image below.
Step 5: Go to the left-sided tab section and hover your mouse on the wpDataTable option. Then Click on Create a Table option, as you can see in the below image.
Step 6: You will see two main options on the Table creation page on the next screen. The second option available as Create a data table linked to an existing data source will allow you to add your existing file to this plugin and create an instant table.
We will go with the First option. Create a simple table from scratch. We can create an excel sheet within this plugin with all the necessary options using this option. After selecting the appropriate option, click on Next Option, as you can see in the image below.
Step 7: On the next screen, enter the name of this data table. Then select the appropriate rows and columns using the + and – buttons available on the endings of the fields.

How to Create Charts using the wpDataTable plugin
Step 1: Go to the WordPress admin area and Hover your mouse on the wpDataTables tab section. Then click on Create a Chart option, as you can see in the image below.
Step 2: On the next screen, enter the chart’s name and select the chart type from the drop downfield. We will choose Google Charts for this example. But you can choose any option, as you can see in the image below.
Step 3: After that, select the chart type you want on your website. We have several options, as you can see in the image below.
Step 4: Then Click on the Next button, as you can see in the below image.
Step 5: The next screen asks for the data file or a table to create a chart. Here you can create a chart based on your Data Table that we already created with wpDataTables. So, click on the drop-down, select the option, and pick the wpDataTable option, as shown in the image below.
Step 6: Then click on the Next button, as you can see in the image below.
Step 7: The next screen will allow you to set the data range like columns and rows. Here, you can easily select all the required columns and rows that you use on the charts.
Step 8: After selecting the range, click on the Next button, as shown in the image below.
Step 9: Then, it will ask for confirmation about the chart with all the necessary information. Check all the information and click on the Confirm button, as you can see in the image below.
Step 10: On the next screen, you will have all the options for the customization in case you have a pro version. Select all the necessary information and then click on the Save Chart button, as shown in the image below. You can even see the preview of the chart on the right side of the screen.
Step 11: After finishing the process, click on the Browse Charts button, as you can see in the image. You just successfully created a chart using the wpDataTable plugin. It will share a Shortcode of the Chart. Please copy and use it whenever you want to use it.

How to Display Data Tables using the wpDataTable plugin
Step 1: Go to the WordPress website Admin area and hover your mouse on the posts option. Then click on the Add New post option, or you can choose an existing post to display the Data Table. Follow the below image for any reference.
Step 2: Here, click on the + icon available on the top left side, as shown in the below image. You can even click on the + icon available in the post section.
Step 3: In the elements section, we have 2 options: wpDataTable and wpDataCharts, as you can see in the below image.
Step 4: Drag and drop the element on the post section, as you can see in the image below.
Step 5: Now, Paste the Shortcode of the Data Table or Chart in the field. Sometimes the element automatically selects the latest table or chart, but you can enter your required chart shortcode into the field. Or you can select the Data Table or Charts from the left-sided section, as you can see in the image below.
Step 6: Now click on the Publish button to publish the post with wpDataTable, as shown in the image below.
