The domain’s redirection is a technique for making the web pages available under more than one URL.  If we set redirection for a domain, when we accessing the domain it will load a web page with different URL. You can set domain redirection if you have duplicate contents, you have changed your domain to a new domain and if you have multiple domains. We can set the temporary redirection (302 Redirect) or permanent redirection (301 Redirect).

The most common methods for implementing redirection is the permanent redirection. The temporary redirections are not used very often.  Temporary redirection used when you are temporarily moving a page, but have the intention to move it back to the old URL.
