This occurs if you have saved the email certificate locally and it has changed. To correct do the following: Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab > ertificates > Trust Root Certification Authorities > Where it says Intended purpose: select Client Authentication > Look for trouble-free.net certificate > Highlight and Remove Netscape: Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Go to Certificates > Manage Certificates and look for the trouble-free.net certificate Mozilla: Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Certificates > Manage Certificates > Websites and look for the trouble-free.net certificate.
