On our linux servers SSH is included by default. If you do no have a SSH client please see our FAQ at http://trouble-free.net/ which has locations of where to download an SSH Client.
We do not recommend using Telnet to log into your server. Although Telnet may be running it is insecure and passwords are sent in clear text.
By default SSH as root is enabled. You can log in using the username root and the root password.
You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed.
