Integrate PayPal with WHMCS

PayPal is one of the biggest and the most popular payment gateway available on the internet. It is the oldest and it has a loyal customer base. If you are running an online business, you have to enable PayPal as a payment gateway because people trust PayPal to process payments and hold their card information. In the web hosting business, we have many customers who pay us regularly, and they make their payment via PayPal. It is easy to use and efficient.
Similarly, WHMCS is the biggest and the most popular web host manager that allows you to manage clients, support and almost everything you have to manage to run the store. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to set up PayPal as a payment gateway in your WHMCS so that your customers can make payments using PayPal.
Integrate PayPal with WHMCS
First of all, log in to your WHMCS admin panel. Now, click on the Setup -> Payments -> Payment Gateways option to manage payment methods your customers can use. See the following screenshot for clarity.
Here you will see the list of supported payment gateways. Find and click on the PayPal payment gateway to configure it.
Now, it will redirect you to a new page where you have to enter your PayPal information like PayPal Email address, API Username, API password, API signature and much more. Enter all the required information in this form.
After filling up the form, click on the Save Changes button given at the bottom of the form to activate the PayPal payment gateway in your WHMCS.
Just in case, if you want to deactivate the PayPal payment gateway, you can click on the Deactivate link given in the red color beside PayPal heading.
