Do the dedicated servers have the same configuration in cPanel for creating email boxes?

Because our dedicated server (CentOS 6.7 with Exim and Dovecot) does not show these options in its “Mail” section, only these:

    Mail Delivery Reports
    Mail Queue Manager
    Mail Troubleshooter
    Repair Mailbox Permissions
    Spamd Startup Configuration
    View Mail Statistics Summary
    View Relayers
    View Sent Summary

    Thanks in advance.
