Posted on April 4th, 2016
WHMCS is a billing, client and support management system for online businesses. But, mostly it is used to handle the web hosting business. It is a kind of business that requires too much security because the sites are important to customers or clients. Sometimes, we have to verify the identity of a customer to make sure they own the account so that we can allow them to perform some dangerous actions.
WHMCS provides us a simple interface to manage security questions in our system. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to manage security questions in WHMCS to improve the security of the customer’s accounts. To make this process easier to understand, I have attached screenshots with every step of the tutorial. So, Let’s get started with the tutorial.
