In this documentation, we can check how to report a network issue using WHMCS.

 

1) WHMCS admin panel.

2) Click on the tab ‘Support’.

3) Go to Support >> Create New.

4) Enter the details.

5) Type the description.

6) Click the button ‘Save Changes’.

7) If you want to delete the issue, just click the red button.
