What is the best way to get support?

The best way to get support is to open a new support ticket by emailing support@interserver.net or through our secure online form at https://interserver.net/contactus.php. Most tickets will recieve a reply in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Hey! When I go to purchase┬áthe web hosting it doesn’t show me how to pay with PayPal. It shows me only Credit Card. How can I pay with┬áPayPal?

    I purchased a domain name with hosting space with you but upto now it has failed to work and it is beyond 48 hours now.

  5. Kindly let us know the domain name or contact our technical support via chat/ticket/call to resolve the issue. It could be the nameserver issue!
