I did not manage to run simple web api project based on .NET Core 3.0 default template which comes as default with Visual Studio 2019.
Similar web api project template with .NET Core 2.2 was successfully deployed and worked fine.

Error text on .NET Core 3.0.0

HTTP Error 500.0 – ANCM In-Process Handler Load Failure
    Common causes of this issue:
The specified version of Microsoft.NetCore.App or Microsoft.AspNetCore.App was not found.
The in process request handler, Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.IIS, was not referenced in the application.
    ANCM could not find dotnet.

The specified version of Microsoft.NetCore.App or Microsoft.AspNetCore.App was not found.
    Troubleshooting steps:
Check the system event log for error messages
Enable logging the application process’ stdout messages

I have been informed by support team that the version is outdated and to use 3.0 or 3.1

    Asp.net Core 2.1, 2.2 and 3.0 i get the same error.

However Aps net core 3.1 application worked.
