This is rare but has occured in the past. Normally this is due to neomail's db files becoming corrupt. Make a backup and remove the .db files in /home/username/.neomail-account/username/ Replace 'username' with the main account's username and 'account' with the first part of the email address. Once completed relog into webmail.
Currently three webmail interfaces are offered. These are located at https://your-domain.com:2096/ (securely over SSL) or http://your-domain.com:2095/ (insecure). The login name is your full email address, for example email@example.com with the current account password. If you are behind a firewall the ports 2095 and 2096 must be opened to access this interface.
