Neomail shows no messages even though I can see them through pop and imap.

Posted at October 23, 2015 at 8:28 am by InterServer Staff

This is rare but has occured in the past. Normally this is due to neomail's db files becoming corrupt. Make a backup and remove the .db files in /home/username/.neomail-account/username/Replace 'username' with the main account's username and 'account' with the first part of the email address. Once completed relog into webmail.

    How do I access WebMail?

Posted at October 23, 2015 at 8:10 am by InterServer Staff

Currently three webmail interfaces are offered. These are located at https://your-domain.com:2096/ (securely over SSL) or http://your-domain.com:2095/ (insecure). The login name is your full email address, for example user@your-domain.com with the current account password. If you are behind a firewall the ports 2095 and 2096 must be opened to access this interface.
